CREDIT CARDS
We use the company, CC Now, as our secure online retailer for VISA, Mastercard and a whole host of other credit cards and currencies.
CHEQUES & MONEY ORDERS
Don't have a credit card? You can also pay by certified cheque or world money order. Please contact us for exact details on how do this. We reserve the right to deny this service.
BANK TRANSFERS
We can also, in rare cases, with bondable parties, accept bank transfers and wires. We reserve the right to deny this service. Emailing money is also possible - please contact us if you wish to do these types of transactions.
NO CASH
Do *** NOT *** send cash! If you attempt to send cash and it gets lost or stolen before we receive it, you are responsible for the loss, not us.
PAYPAL
Please contact us if you wish to use PayPal.
CURRENCIES
You will be billed in Canadian Dollars (CAD), though prices on this site vary slightly as original prices are evaluated in American Dollars (USD). Since we do not update our currency values every day, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of prices as displayed in non-CAD currencies. Each time CC Now assembles a total for you, you will see the actual amount on that day.

LARGE ORDERS
If a product appears in the catalog on this web site, it means the product is available or can be custom-built without delay (as there are some handmade items). For products that need assembly or individual care/construction, orders may take a little longer. Please email in advance if ordering large product quantities, to ensure product availability and preparation time.
SHIPPING
We will only ship your order after we have received your full payment. After your payment is received by us, please allow a maximum of 14 days to receive your order, after which you should contact us about it.
REFUNDS
All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges for music and merchandise - except on defective merchandise. We will exchange clothing for another size of the same style (where multiple sizes are offered). If you feel you need to make a return, please contact us by email first to avoid disappointment. There are absolutely no refunds or exchanges on unique artworks.

"WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?"
We do not have a physical store. Sorry. Mail order only.
"I JUST PLACED AN ORDER - WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?"
All orders are pulled and prepared for shipping the day the payment is received - we pull orders 7 days a week. The order is then shipped on the next shipping day.
"WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?"
Orders placed before 3 PM EST usually ship the same day they are placed. Orders placed after 3 PM ship the next business day. Occasionally, when we are waiting for stock on an item you ordered, we will hold the order until the item arrives. We will not hold any order longer than 3 days without contacting you. In some cases, the older products require assembly, which can add a few days to the date of your reception of that product.
"WHICH COURIER DO YOU USE?"
We don't like UPS - in our experience, they lose things. We love FEDEX but who can afford that? Generally, we use Canada Post's excellent ExpressPost service or optionally Purolator courier. We often use Canada Post trackable ExpressPost mail if no rush is required. For European destinations we use DHL. We do suggest the extra expense of Fedex shipping and customs brokering services, where customs charges are anticipated to be an issue.
"I NEED MY RECORDS FOR A GIG OR BY A SPECIFIC DATE - HOW CAN I GET THEM ON TIME?"

"WHEN DO YOU GET NEW RECORDS?"
Stock is created and arrives at non-regular intervals. You can keep on top of all the newest releases by joining this web site.

"I BOUGHT A CD AND IT ARRIVED WITHOUT SHRINKWRAPPING. IS IT A NEW PRODUCT?"
We sell only new products. In some cases your products have been custom made to order. We've done you the environmental favour of not shrinkwrapping. Where products ARE shrinkwrapped, please don't stone us.
"I ORDERED AN ITEM, BUT DIDN'T RECEIVE IT. WHAT HAPPENED?"
We make sure that this NEVER happens! While we make every effort to ensure that every order is shipped in full, on rare occasions, certain items are out of stock or unavailable. You will not be charged for any item that doesn't ship - you will be refunded for the missing items. When out of stock items are encountered, we email the customer immediately. If a package is lost in the mail, we can track the point of loss. If you require further assistance on this point, contact us.
"I PLACED AN ORDER CONTAINING AN IN-STOCK ITEM AND A PRE-ORDER ITEM. WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?"
Your order will ship in two parts. The in-stock items will ship immediately. The pre-order and manufacture-required items will ship on or before the release date indicated in the item details or as soon as they physically exist.
